PixelComply combines the image editing steps that strict upload forms usually require. Start from the original dimensions, enter an exact width and height, choose a crop ratio, rotate or flip the image, and export it in a compatible format.

Unlike a basic image resizer, the tool can also apply an optional maximum file size and verify the final format, pixel dimensions, and actual byte count. The selected image stays in your browser and original EXIF, GPS, and camera metadata are not copied into the new file.

How do I resize an image to exact pixels?

Choose an image, enter the required width and height, adjust the crop if the aspect ratio changes, then select Convert & verify. The downloaded file is decoded again to confirm its exact dimensions.

Does resizing stretch or distort my image?

No. PixelComply keeps the image proportions and crops any area that does not fit the requested aspect ratio. Drag the preview to choose which part remains visible.

Can I rotate and crop before resizing?

Yes. Use the crop-ratio buttons, rotate left or right, flip horizontally or vertically, and reposition the image before conversion.

Can I keep a transparent background?

Yes. Choose PNG, WebP, or AVIF and keep the original transparency, or select the transparent background option to remove a simple edge-matching solid background.
